A grin never seems to leave his face. He stays devoted to Moria, a loyalty he proved by tricking the Straw Hats and leading them into a room packed with General Zombies. His trademark laugh draws on the opening of his own name, a repeated string of "Buhi" sounds.

By his own account, Surprise Zombies lay hidden throughout every chamber of Hogback's mansion. Once Luffy, Franky, Robin, and Zoro had cleared out the living-room ambushers, they pressured Buhichuck into guiding them through the castle, unaware that their crewmates were being seized one after another to feed the zombie army. Instead of helping, the pig mount delivered them to a hall held by an armored platoon of General Zombies before bolting. His shadow was in the end stripped away by the Shadow Asgard power that Gecko Moria commands.
