Chip and Mini

Chip stands at an ordinary height, his shoulder-length blond hair topped by a red-and-white striped bandana pulled low near his eyes. A pointed nose and dark eyes sit above a blue-and-white striped shirt, paired with brown pants and shoes. Mini, by contrast, has tanned skin and long black hair drawn into a tight ponytail. His long nose, thin brows, and rounded chin go with a green shirt, brown trousers and shoes, and a white cloth belt knotted at the waist.

Swaggering and pushy, the pair talk themselves up as feared pirates and put on a hard front. The act collapses the moment a genuine threat appears, exposing two cowards who fold quickly against anyone with real strength.

Neither man amounts to much in combat. They rely on plain fistfighting and were thrashed without difficulty by Luffy and Sanji. At the Loguetown harbor they cornered the child Dias, demanding all the food he could carry and then his entire stock of goods; when he refused and they began beating him, the Straw Hats stepped in and routed them, sending the two fleeing in a panic. Later, having reached the Grand Line and Royal Sun Island, they fell in with Win and Rose's band of thugs, harassed Blow, and were beaten by the Straw Hats yet again.
