Her uniform is the classic maid set: a knee-length dress in dark blue under a white apron, paired with white tights, elbow-length gloves, and a white headpiece.

Being a mechanical puppet, Dorothy shows no character of her own and simply acts on the commands she is given.
History
Dorothy can move under her own power and carry out chores such as bringing drinks to guests, though her construction is incomplete and her head is prone to popping off her body. At the party Ratchet threw inside Karakuri Castle, she attended Gonzo and, when Chopper asked for a refill, knelt to offer one on a tray, only for her head to topple off as she rose, startling him; Gonzo explained that the malfunction was a recurring quirk of her unfinished state. After the Straw Hat Pirates wrecked Ratchet's schemes, Dorothy, or an identical puppet, was again seen beside Gonzo as Roba dealt out Ratchet's punishment. The castle's control room in fact holds dozens of duplicate maid puppets, all able to operate the system that steers the Island Turtle.
