Personality

Self-interest drove nearly everything Gray did. He leaned on Bullet to advance his own standing, putting on the role of a caring father while feeling little genuine attachment to the boy. The instant Bullet's power was judged too dangerous, that pretense fell away and Gray moved against him.

History

Gray began as a commander of the Galzforce during Galzburg's unending war, with the young Bullet placed under his charge. As that soldier rose to become the army's most decorated fighter and pushed the conflict toward victory, Gray was elevated to general and grew close to him, dangling the promise of a comfortable senior post. Thirty-three years before the present, the Galzforce won. Gray then chose to eliminate Bullet, judging his strength a threat to his own position, but the attempt failed completely; Bullet killed him and destroyed the whole of the Galzforce.
