Fanto is a sword-wielding officer of the mercenary Crimson Soldiers and a supporting villain in the One Piece Premier Show 2024. His Devil Fruit lets him pull illusions out of the memories of anyone he touches.
Fanto keeps his black hair at shoulder length. His outfit pairs a tunic and trousers in light and dark brown, dressed up with rope detailing and decorative epaulettes. Crimson red trims the cuffs of his sleeves and runs through some of the cords and sections of those shoulder pieces.
What little is known of Fanto comes down to his distaste for danger: he has no appetite for trouble or risk.
His rank as an officer in the Crimson Soldiers gives him a measure of command over the mercenaries below him. He has consumed the Mabo Mabo no Mi, a Paramecia fruit whose name plays on the word phantom, letting him read the memories of those he makes contact with and conjure visions and false sounds drawn from them, which marks him as a so-called Phantom Human. He also fights with a sword and handles it competently, though that skill was not enough to overcome Zoro.
