Big Mom forges Hera the Thundercloud during the Wano raid as a stand-in for Zeus. Holding a sliver of her maker's own soul, this homie ranks among the three living weapons Big Mom keeps at hand, the others being Prometheus and Napoleon.
Most of the time Hera takes the shape of a small, puffy cloud colored yellowish. A long, sharp nose juts from her face, set among heavy lashes, full lips, and blush on each cheek, while strands trailing from her crown imitate hair, parting toward the right and concealing one eye. Once charged, she can cloak herself completely in lightning, and feeding splits her mouth wide to expose rows of sharp teeth.
Hera stays in a merry mood almost constantly, talking in a sweet, flirty tone capped with little hearts, and a thread of conceit leads her to call herself glamorous. Where Zeus rebelled, she is wholly loyal to Big Mom, yet she spares little affection for the other special homies, turning Prometheus down flat when he angled to make her his girlfriend. Devouring Zeus on her creator's orders delighted her, and she mockingly thanked her fellow homie for the meal. Her own distinctive laugh goes Ohohoho.
Built from a fragment of Big Mom's soul, Hera towers over common homies and carries a will firm enough to resist what the Yomi Yomi no Mi's user can project of his own soul. As Zeus did before her, she lets loose huge, ruinous bolts of lightning, and Prometheus and Napoleon found her far better synced with them than Zeus had ever been, opening up powerful joint attacks. Her named moves include Fulgora, a giant horizontal bolt that tore a hole through the Skull Dome; Maser Ho, a concentrated piercing beam formed with her companions that knocked Ulti out at once; Marma-Raid, a spinning midair lightning slash delivered through Napoleon; Tenman Daijizai Tenjin, a sentient electrical storm able to chase dodging targets; and Maser Saber, a blade of energy that can give rise to the flame-and-lightning homie Misery.
Big Mom made her during the Raid on Onigashima, after a fall knocked her from the island and split her from Zeus once more, and she promptly tried the new homie out on Eustass Kid and Killer. Hera then dropped Ulti with a combined beam, consumed both the returning Zeus and the thunderclouds Nami offered him, and fought on through the drawn-out struggle against Kid and Trafalgar Law. When Big Mom burned a year of her own life to swell to enormous size, Hera grew alongside her, conjured a storm to bar the Kid and Heart Pirates from saving their captains, and helped produce Misery. After Misery was beaten and Big Mom tumbled through Onigashima, her shouts for Hera were cut short by Law's silencing technique.
