Honki

Honki's silhouette is dominated by oversized forearms paired with oddly slim biceps, a contrast that sits beneath a square jaw and noticeably thick lips. His hair takes the form of an afro flanked by sideburns. For clothing he favors a dark blue jacket left hanging open across his bare chest, trousers cut in a camouflage style, and a belt decorated with gear motifs that nod to the mechanical theme of his home.

Devotion to Ratchet defines him. Honki rarely strays from his master's side, effectively filling the role of a personal bodyguard. A verbal quirk marks his speech as well, since he peppers his remarks with the exclamation ossu.

For combat Honki climbs into a powered mechanical suit, which he turns against Sanji. Twin cannons mounted on its shoulders fire when he tugs cords running along the torso, and the kanji for his name glows on a plate at the crotch whenever the weapons charge. The rig has a flaw: its mask chokes his breathing so badly that he is forced to tear it away.

His story plays out across the events of the seventh film. He spots a pirate vessel nearing Mecha Island and remains beside Ratchet while Maji deploys the island's defenses. He later helps puzzle over the treasure riddle, joins the celebration thrown for the visiting crew, and accompanies the group into the cavern where an underground lake is drained. When the island reveals itself to be a colossal tortoise and stirs awake, Maji's plane lifts Honki and Ratchet back to the castle. He makes his final stand against the raiding Straw Hats in the battle suit and is beaten by Sanji.
