Karasuke is a large black bird whose red tail trails behind thin legs. His neck stretches longer than the rest of his body, and his dark green face holds wide eyes above a black beak. Sprouting from the back of his head are several red and yellow feathers.

Warm-hearted and hopeful where humans are concerned, Karasuke counted Mobanby among his close friends and gladly pitched in to aid others alongside him.

History
As a talking crow, Karasuke is, apart from Bald Parrot, the only creature on the island able to speak with humans. When the other animals deserted Chopper, he joined Mobanby in coming to Chopper's aid. He later made a cameo appearance in the spin-off One Piece School, turning up with Mobanby as a spectator.
