Kazeno Minoru

Minoru is a hulking, muscular man with lightly tanned skin, a broad nose, and sparse eyebrows. His head is closely cropped with swirling patterns shaved into it and a bun gathered at the back. He sports a dark blue shirt bearing the kanji for wind and a white wristband, switching to black wrestling briefs and boots when he competes.

A man of strong principles, Minoru bristled at Usodabada's resort to blackmail. He shares the general affection for Chopper Man, finding the caped hero thoroughly adorable.

Minoru is a formidable competitor, esteemed enough as a wrestler to be invited to call the bout between Chopper Man and Usodabada alongside Shopan. As the two traded commentary, both grew suspicious that something was wrong. Once Minoru realized Usodabada was coercing Chopper Man through blackmail, he offered to tag in for the hero and quickly pinned the villain. Usodabada, however, refused to quit, pressing the fight against Chopper Man with his Gigantic Robot Frangashan.
