Kujaku

Tall and shapely, Kujaku is a young woman sporting lengthy strawberry-blonde locks, eyes of green, and notably full lips. Her outfit pairs a strapless pink dress speckled with reddish blotches and a Marine coat slung across her shoulders. Topping it off is a pink cloche cap bearing a seagull-flower trinket to the left and an 'M' at its front.

She is an overbearing woman fond of speech that mixes flirtation with abuse, sparing neither her fellow Marines nor her superiors; she has dubbed Garp a 'naughty boy' and dismissed Prince Grus as a coddled, sheltered boy.

Holding the rank of rear admiral, Kujaku commands the Marines beneath her, and as part of the SWORD division she is free to ignore directives from above and operate as she chooses. The Cross Guild's bounties on Marines marked her at 500,000,000 berries, a striking figure given that most rear admirals are valued at 200,000,000. Her power comes from a Paramecia fruit, the Muchi Muchi no Mi, which lets her direct anything her whip strikes, objects included; she swings a steel whip called Beethoven in tandem with it. She can also call on both Observation and Armament Haki.
