LeMay is a former Marine captain who walked off his post to sail as a pirate. Appearing in a One Piece video game centered on the Nanatsu Islands, he masquerades as a lawman to swindle civilians before the Straw Hat Pirates put him down.
Broadly muscled and past his youth, LeMay sports a light brown beard, a nose that points downward, and lines etched under his eyes. His outfit is a sleeveless white shirt topped with gold shoulder pads, complemented by green trousers, green footwear, and a green scarf wrapped at his neck. The Marine cap he keeps wearing differs from the norm in that its central stripes run green rather than the usual blue.
LeMay shows little regard for justice, having forsaken the Marines for a pirate's life. Dishonest and unscrupulous, he will even pretend to be a Marine officer, coaxing civilians into a false sense of safety so he can plunder all their wealth.
Somewhere along the way LeMay abandoned the Marines and took up piracy. A parrot promising treasure drew him and his crew to the Nanatsu Islands. They landed on Itsu Island, territory of the Laotour Bandits, and were combing its mountains when they ran into the Straw Hats. Claiming the area fell under Marine control, LeMay ordered the group to leave. Zoro countered by pointing out Luffy's hefty bounty, which rattled him, then pressed him on how a Marine could be ignorant of bounties he ought to track, branding him a fraud. LeMay conceded he was not wholly a fake but a one-time Marine still keeping up the act. He fought the crew regardless, and once beaten, ran off with his followers.
For all his bulk, LeMay proves rather feeble, dropping with ease to the Straw Hats, though reaching a captain's rank implies he once held genuine combat experience. Owing to his slight role, his portraits and sprites are recycled from generic enemies, the same lot drawn upon for other bit-part captains such as Carragan, Halsey, Kimmel, and Meryl.

Before turning pirate, LeMay served as a Marine captain, and he still poses as a lawman afterward, tricking civilians into a false sense of safety so he can rob them.
The Straw Hat Pirates encountered LeMay on Itsu Island when he tried ordering them off in the name of Marine authority. Zoro called out his bluff, and the crew defeated him, sending him and his followers fleeing.
LeMay appears in the video game One Piece: Great Hidden Treasure of the Nanatsu Islands, where he leads a pirate crew searching Itsu Island for treasure.
