Miss Catherina

Catherina is a young woman who hides behind the garb of a nun, wearing a floor-length black habit with long sleeves and a veil drawn over her hair. Glimpses during the Egghead Arc and the live-action show reveal that hair to be black. Strung around her neck on a chain hangs a cross, the very object she turns into a weapon.

Deception defines her. She played the part of a harmless sister to greet the arriving Straw Hats, all while she was a bounty hunter scheming to catch them off guard. That two-faced streak surfaced again in her duel with Zoro, when she feigned begging for mercy purely to set up a sneak attack.

As a Millions agent she has modest combat skill, fighting in tandem with Mr. Beans to box opponents in. Their trademark approach is convincing a target that the pair pose no threat, then striking from the blind side. Her durability is poor, though, since a single tap from the dull edge of Zoro's blade knocked her out cold. Her cross doubles as a hidden device that sprays a blinding cloud of smoke, an attack named Kami no Gokago Metsubushi, after which she draws a katana to cut down her dazzled foe.
