A non-canon Millions-rank operative of Baroque Works, Mr. 108 turns up in the game Grand Line Dream Adventure Log. Fixated on his own sense of elegance, he aimed to vault a full hundred places up the organization's ladder.
Mr. 108 has tanned skin and pale blue hair trimmed to a buzzcut, interrupted only by a trio of black stripes that sweep from his forehead toward the rear of his scalp. Dense dark brows frame his eyes, and stubble dusts his jaw and upper lip. His outfit is a black hakama stripped of its sleeves, worn with a necklace strung from large beads.
His whole outlook centers on his private notion of elegance. He presses that taste onto everyone nearby and loses his temper quickly when they refuse to agree. Self-assured and hungry for advancement, he set his sights on climbing a hundred ranks within Baroque Works in one leap.
For a Millions agent he carries surprising strength, having been handed the solo job of wiping out Whisky Peak's leftover Baroque Works personnel, two Frontier Agents among them. His hallmark is a paralysis technique that locks up everyone around him through sound-based hypnosis, an effect that a rival melody can cancel. His chosen weapon is a naginata, which he wields well enough to bring down the island's Tower of Tranquility alone. Reaching Whisky Peak, he griped that the tower marred the scenery and stalked off after Luffy gave him no reaction. At the tower's opening rite he froze the gathered crowd and flattened the structure, but Igaram's saxophone supplied a counter-melody that broke the spell. After declaring he would seize Igaram's former alias Mr. 8, the unfrozen Straw Hats turned on him, and Luffy ended the fight by sending him flying with 108 hits of Gomu Gomu no Gatling Gun.
