Tobio

Dark, spiky hair tops the small frame of this young boy. Over a pale yellow shirt he layers a tan waistcoat, and across his shoulders hangs a black cape whose underside is red and whose lower edge carries a flame motif, fastened in a bow at the chest. His shorts are brown and somewhat frayed, cinched by an olive green sash, and he finishes the look with brown shoes.

Curiosity drives the boy. He longs for adventure, and it is his fascination with the fabled pirate Woonan that sets him in motion. He can swing a wooden stick when needed, though his skill with the weapon is minimal.

Eldoraggo once seized Tobio and forced him to labor among his crew. Once freed, the boy resumed his search. He had assumed his grandfather Ganzo was squandering his days simply preparing oden, only to learn the truth: Ganzo had been Woonan's friend since childhood and had once saved his life, allowing Woonan to grow into the legend people spoke of. Hoping to recover the stolen gold, Tobio guided the Straw Hat Pirates toward a means of denying it to Eldoraggo. In the game Set Sail Pirate Crew, he stays aboard his grandfather's oden vessel as it wanders the East Blue, present when the boat crosses paths with the Set Sail Pirates around Shells Town, Loguetown, and Dawn Island.
