The spiral-shaped curly eyebrows that brand every Vinsmoke, resembling a six, identify Reiju as well, though hers coil in mirrored opposite directions rather than running parallel like her brothers'. Her build is slim, and her shoulder-length hair carries a pale pink tone, falling across the right eye and curling up at the tips. Purple eyes and a soft pink lip color finish her face in the manga, with the anime nudging both toward deeper pink and blue. A number six is tattooed on each of her thighs, marking her allegiance to the organization.

Her fighting outfit is a revealing pale pink raid suit, split open at the front and trimmed with gold target rings that play on the zero in her name.
