Personality

Ambition drives him. Yehudi schemes to put the strength of his Age Age Super Marines on display before the real Marine organization, and he justifies any cruelty along the way with the conviction that justice always demands sacrifice, a belief he repeats even when innocents are harmed and friendship is dismissed as worthless.

Abilities

As the group's leader he holds authority over all his subordinates. His power comes from the Chuni Chuni no Mi, a Paramecia fruit whose name means Tuning, allowing him to adjust the abilities and powers of others by firing beams or touching them directly, granting boosts he can also reclaim to strengthen himself. In the show he routed Buggy, Galdino, and Alvida in a raid on Buggy's Delivery, then resolved to hijack a worldwide broadcast and execute the Straw Hats publicly. He recruited the boy Shirotsu, powered him up, and set him against Luffy, but Kuroba snapped his friend out of it. After Luffy and Zoro defeated Yehudi in a burst of fire, he slipped away, only to be cornered by his old Marine comrade Kuzan, who froze him solid with Ice Time to honor a vow the two had once made about betraying their sense of justice.
