Once Michael and Hoichael had kept Aunt from attacking Zoro, the children stepped out from where they had been hiding to welcome their new big brother, guiding him back to their house and setting him to work on chores. A shopping trip turned dangerous when loansharks seized the family and hauled them onto a rooftop, where Mikazuki cornered them, until Hoichael ran off and returned with Zoro to free everyone.
Back home the family bid their eldest brother farewell, but Zoro had forgotten a shirt of his that had been washed after a baby wet it, so the children went tearing after him through the streets. Reading the chase as a plea to stay, Zoro just kept running, which only kept the pursuit going.
