Shirahoshi's Desperate Cry - Luffy Begins His Attack!

As Shirahoshi and Jinbe near the plaza, they are snared by one of Hody's traps and hauled forward in chains. Hody admits that he was the one who killed Otohime, and once word of Shyarly's prophecy spreads, the people of Fish-Man Island begin pleading for Luffy to destroy the island rather than let Hody come to rule it. Hody responds by moving to execute Neptune, but the attempt is cut short when the Straw Hats burst forth from inside Megalo.

The episode brings the confrontation at the plaza to a head, with Hody's confession about Otohime reframing him as the true culprit behind her death. The dread stirred by Shyarly's vision drives the island's residents to call for their own home to be ruined before it can fall under Hody's command. The planned execution of King Neptune sets up the Straw Hats' sudden return, emerging from the great shark Megalo to intervene.

This compilation episode is built from the original Episode 552 and Episode 553. It belongs to the recut Special Edited Version of the Fish-Man Island Saga rather than the standard numbered series, and uses a special We Go! opening and the Sailing ending.
