Summary

The three rookie crews join the brawl and clear out the remaining Marines besieging the auction house. The captains pledge to settle things later in the New World as the Straw Hats slip away aboard the Rosy Life Riders. Then a figure resembling Kuma cuts off Kid and Law and opens up on them with beams of light.

A Marine rescue squad enters through the back to protect the Nobles, only for Law to hurl the severed talking head back at them before carving through the soldiers. Luffy shifts into Gear 3 and Kid magnetizes a mountain of weapons into a giant metal arm. Kid warns Luffy that mercy ends at their next meeting; Luffy laughs and declares he will be the one to find One Piece. Law frees Rosward's slave Jean Bart and recruits him into the Heart Pirates, telling him to thank Luffy for the chance. The Straw Hats flee on the flying fish, Franky lagging on Motobaro until the cyborg's tweaks speed it up. A beam strikes Kid, and Law, emerging unscathed, wrongly pegs the attacker as Bartholomew Kuma.
