Kid confronts Apoo over his treachery and gets slashed for it, and Queen sics the giant Number Hatcha on the escapees. An explosive arrow buys the trio room to flee while Wire and Heat hold the giant. Realizing Apoo's attacks only land if heard, the group covers their ears and pushes on, as the allied columns navigate a castle larger than their charts show.

Killer's tactic of blocking their ears neutralizes the sound waves so Kid, Luffy, and Zoro can advance. The Big Mom Pirates under Perospero scale the waterfall toward Wano. Chopper's tank links up with Kin'emon's force, which splits to strike Orochi and Kaidou from two sides, while Nami and Carrot charm their way past guards. The blueprints prove obsolete against the expanded castle, and Sanji finds Black Maria's pleasure hall deserted. Apoo reveals to Killer that Orochi had tricked him into eating a defective SMILE fruit that left side effects but no power, reducing him to a Pleasure. Who's-Who, meanwhile, skips the fight to hunt Yamato and broods over killing a fellow Tobiroppo.

The anime adds Apoo's "Bon" stopping Kid, Wire and Heat shielding him from Hatcha, and Nami and Carrot charming guards while Shinobu resorts to force. Perospero's waterfall approach is shown, and the order of Apoo hitting the fleeing pirates is adjusted. The English dub gives Chopper a "Straw Hats, roll out!" line nodding to Optimus Prime.
