Accino Family

Appearing only in the anime, this bounty-hunting household is organized around its patriarch, Don Accino. The clan powers the conflict of the Ice Hunter Arc, in which their bid to seize the Straw Hat Pirates on Hyokaido ended in failure. Don Accino has a habit of keeping the Jolly Rogers taken from those he catches, treating them as trophies, and the family's own banner mirrors him: a red skull crowned by a shape echoing his hair and closed off below by a shape echoing his beard.

Hyokaido served as the clan's hunting ground, and they ran their affairs out of a stronghold named Lovely Land until it was leveled. Over their career on the Grand Line they had seized thousands of pirates, taking a flag from every crew, and they operate with the discipline of a single coordinated unit. A favorite deception, Trap Kamome, dupes a target into seeing a Marine flotilla open fire, the effect actually staged by explosives fired from the family's vessel. Observers have likened the group to the Charlotte Family, since each is a sprawling clan run like a business under one parent.

At the head stands Don Accino, the family's mightiest member, whose Atsu Atsu no Mi lets his heat rupture the arctic terrain of Hyokaido and even wake a volcano beneath the ice. His relatives fight in tightly drilled pairings. On one side, Campacino works in tandem with Brindo; on another, the married Salchow and Arbell excel as partners. Rounding out the roster, Hockera and Lil bend the region's creatures to their will, ordering the local Domo Penguins about as they please.
