Okama Kenpo

The royal soldiers balk at the princess's wish to demolish a castle four thousand years old, but Chaka, after a moment's hesitation, bows and orders that Vivi's every command be obeyed, judging the kingdom's people worth more than its stones. In the South Block, Mr. 2 wears Nami's face as he pins a beaten Sanji, taunting that the cook is weaker than his boasts. Sanji reminds himself the foe is an okama underneath and warns him not to get cocky, yet melts again the instant he sees Nami's features.

Mr. 2 strips off his clothes complaining of the heat, and Sanji, ever the gentleman, offers help before being knocked back by Okama Kenpo. Each time Sanji winds up to strike, the agent flips back to Nami's face to freeze him.

After a Mascara Boomerang, Mr. 2 moves to finish the fight, but reverts to his own face first, and Sanji seizes the opening to kick him away. Sanji spells out the flaw: the okama cannot perform Okama Kenpo while impersonating Nami, and must touch his face with his left hand to change back. Mr. 2 counters with his piercing Prima attack, which bores a clean hole through a wall, and Sanji spots its weakness as he dodges. When the agent shifts into Nami once more, Sanji tells him there is something on his left cheek; Mr. 2 instinctively touches it with his left hand, reverting himself, and Sanji lands a Veau Shot.

The chapter lays bare the dual weaknesses of the duel: Sanji is helpless against Nami's likeness, while Mr. 2 cannot fight in disguise and reverts at a left-cheek touch. The cover continues Hatchan's Sea-Floor Stroll, the recovered castaway gifting Hatchan a ring as a parting thanks.
