Krieg presses on, eager to execute the brat who dared challenge East Blue's self-styled mightiest captain, but his strikes never land cleanly. He slices a mast Luffy clings to, and Luffy hurls the broken timber back, only for Krieg to incinerate it with flame. Gomu Gomu no Gatling and Pistol both bounce off the armor, and as Krieg readies bombs from atop the mast, Luffy charges in. A final Gomu Gomu no Bazooka finally cracks the plating apart, leaving the warlord exposed.
