Chikao Ootsuka
Voice ActorActive in the industry from 1948 until his death in 2015, Chikao Ootsuka was a Japanese voice actor who voiced Roger in the early episodes of the One Piece anime. Born in Tokyo in 1929, he delivered the role in his native Japanese language.
