
Colleen Clinkenbeard is an American voice actress, ADR director, and writer best known for voicing Monkey D. Luffy, the lead character of One Piece, in the English dub.
Clinkenbeard has voiced Monkey D. Luffy, the series' captain and central protagonist, throughout Funimation's English-language dub of One Piece. Alongside this lead role, she has also taken on smaller parts within the show, including Nora Gitsune and Muret.
Clinkenbeard's early career breakthrough came through voicing Rachel Moore on the detective series Case Closed, and she went on to co-direct the English dub of Fullmetal Alchemist, which Adult Swim began airing in 2004.
