
Erica Schroeder is an American voice actress with more than 250 anime and video game credits since 2002, best known for playing Monkey D. Luffy in the original 4Kids English dub of Toei Animation's One Piece.
Schroeder voiced Monkey D. Luffy in the 4Kids English dub of One Piece, the earlier American adaptation of the anime that preceded Funimation's later redub with a new voice cast. It was one of her more prominent anime roles in the years following her 2002 debut as a voice actress.
Schroeder has voiced Lyserg Diethel across the two Shaman King anime series, played Blaze the Cat in Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog games between 2005 and 2010, and taken on multiple Yu-Gi-Oh parts including Mai Valentine and Akiza Izinski. She has also voiced Nurse Joy and Eevee for the Pokemon dub, and appeared in Signe Baumane's 2022 film My Love Affair with Marriage, in addition to originating stage roles in Jane Eyre and Shout! The Mod Musical.
