Robot Invasion Arc

Standing twenty-second in the run and seventh within the Neo Heroes Saga, this webcomic-only stretch opens as a robotic assault engulfs a city. It picks up straight after Genos finishes off Body, Ray, and Tech, sending him and Saitama toward the source of the machines while the Hero Association and the Neo Heroes scramble to respond.

Having beaten Body, Ray, and Tech, Genos installs the last upgrade left behind by Dr. Kuseno and sets out to wreck Metal Knight's research facility. He and Saitama reach a nearby city and find it under savage attack from an unknown robot army. Genos tears into the machines, then proposes splitting up so that he can strike the labs while Saitama clears the streets. Saitama agrees and warns him to stay careful. Seconds later, flying overhead, Genos spots the monster Meat Dumpling and obliterates it on sight.

On the ground, several Hero Association members try to stem the mechanical tide but find themselves badly pressed. The Neo Heroes soon sweep in to join the fight, waving the Association's heroes off and declaring that this threat lies beyond their capability and that they would only be in the way.

As an ongoing webcomic arc, its consequences remain unsettled, with the invasion still in progress and the rivalry between the two hero organizations sharpening amid the chaos.
