Aggregation

The creature owns no fixed body. Instead it is a huge drifting mass of insects, uncountable in number, that clump into a rough sphere hanging overhead. That form persists only while the bugs stay bunched together, and each time the swarm breaks off to attack, the visible cloud gets smaller.

No real mind guides it. The thing runs on herd instinct, burying whatever it senses as dangerous beneath overwhelming numbers, and above everything it appears compelled to reproduce, padding out its ranks little by little as the fight drags on.

Its Dragon rating marks it as a grave hazard, and the reason is simple: it copies itself out of control. Every bug in the mass can divide in two, so the population doubles and doubles again with no visible cap on how frequently or how quickly the splitting happens. Because it is a cloud of flying insects, the thing travels easily through the air, and during a fight it fans out to ring a target and strike from all sides at once. Given enough bulk, it can tear through solid ground to surge up from below, hoist vehicles into the air, and topple buildings.

When Tatsumaki meets it in P-City, she wrings the mass together the same way she once dealt with the merged Psykos and Orochi, but a new swarm bursts up from the earth and the surrounding structures. Deciding that only complete erasure will work, she reduces the entire city to grains of sand, ending the creature and afterward remarking that the whole continent would have become bug food had she held back.
