History

A string of surgical enhancements reshaped Base B into a stronger fighter, and fragments taken from the heads of notorious past criminals were sewn into his body. When Nyan tears into Smelly Lid Prison hunting for Puri-Puri Prisoner, Base B and his fellow inmates press the intruder about her intentions. Later they accept the monster cells she offers, warp into monsters, and break out. During the raid, once Puri-Puri Prisoner slays Baquma, the transformed prisoners round on him, branding him a genuine monster and vowing to kill him, yet they cannot lay a finger on his strength.

The hero mourns their fate just as Nyan reappears and rakes his chest open. He then bristles with body hair he calls Angel Bristle Armor, horrifying the inmates, and gives chase through a wall, collapsing rubble that crushes every monsterized prisoner, Base B included. His raw power is well established: he could snap iron bars apart with his bare hands and fought purely with his fists. A prison side story shows that reputation deflating fast, as he shoves the newly jailed Speed-o'-Sound Sonic only to have his shoulder dislocated in an instant.
