Blue

A teenager of what looks to be ordinary height, Blue wears his expression hard and resolved. Bangs of pale hair spill down over his features, and the two-toned coloring of his eyes, bright at their core and dimming out at the rims, marks him plainly as Blast's child. When first seen he is dressed in a slack, light jacket with a tall collar, cargo trousers cinched by a drawstring and dotted with pockets, dark socks and pale sneakers below; forearm gauntlets echoing his father's round out the look.

Strip away that top layer and a hard, sculpted build shows through, wrapped in dark wristbands, a clinging dark tank, and leggings to match. A zip vest worn over a complete battle suit comes into play later on.

Grave and single-minded about the work of a hero, Blue is spurred most of all by the ambition to one day overtake his father. A firm ethical core drives him to guard people against monsters and to resist anyone standing in the way of that, his commander Fuzzy included. Patience is not his strength: he bristles when Genos halts and grills him during his chase after Sweet Mask, and he yells at Forte for so much as raising his father. Even so, his care for others is real, laid bare by the rage he shows when Shell King hurts his teammates and by the trouble he takes rescuing cornered heroes.

Blue and McCoy alike rank him as the leading figure among the Neo Heroes, a nod to his command as much as his combat. With the suit on, one blow put down the Demon-level Shell King, and a much longer, harder struggle let him outlast the Dragon-level Eel Dragon. What he can manage without the suit stays a mystery; he himself calls squaring off with a Dragon-level threat unsuited a reckless gamble.

That suit anchors his whole style. Where most Neo Heroes barely scratch its surface, Blue commands its deeper systems: limiters that swap energy for raw power, and gauntlets rigged so one hand can lop off a monster's claw while the other winds up his finisher. Wings grant him flight, high-tech lenses flag foes, and a stock of energy swords stays on hand. His signature Fist Cannon builds a charge in a gauntlet, then lets fly a blast strong enough to fell Demon-level monsters. Even his speed rides on the suit, briefly matching a bounding Saitama, though he concedes he would fall behind with the limiter still locked.
