Bull-Bull heads the Cow's Stomach gang and carries an A-Class bounty for his crimes. Built like a battering ram and just as ruthless, he serves as the villain of the bonus chapter What Can't Be Bought, where a bank robbery drops him straight into Saitama's path.
Towering and heavily built, Bull-Bull dresses in a hoodie printed with a cow pattern and stamped with his own name. A helmet rounds out the look, fitted with goggles and a pair of jutting bull horns.
There is nothing gentle about him. He is willing to murder a child, threatening to do exactly that unless the C-Class heroes stand aside and let his crew slip away.
Bull-Bull and his gang storm a bank, oblivious to the fact that Saitama happens to be inside. They grab a child as a hostage, only for the heroes D-Pad and Funeral Suspenders to step in. The pair cut through several of his underlings but are both floored at once when Bull-Bull wades into the fight. The gang flees with the child still in their grip, then loses control of their getaway car, which Saitama has hoisted up and steered toward a vending machine he had been trying to buy from. Bull-Bull climbs out swinging at Saitama and is put down in short order.
His power comes from sheer physical force. He headbutts opponents the way a charging bull would, and Hero Association data pegs his skull at five times the toughness of an actual bull's. In a fight he sticks to close-range brawling, using his fists and his head as his weapons of choice.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
