Byakko is a Dragon-level-or-higher Mysterious Being, a divine white tiger that guards the entity known as God. When Blast leaves his post unattended, the beast tears its way onto Earth alongside Genbu, only to be cut down almost as quickly as it arrives.
Byakko takes the shape of an enormous white tiger, its features warped into something far more monstrous than any ordinary big cat.
Almost nothing is known of Byakko's mind beyond its total devotion to God and its role as a guardian. The instant it reached Earth, it set about tearing the surroundings apart.
Rated at Dragon level or above, Byakko is a Mysterious Being of staggering power, well past the usual Dragon-tier threats, and as a divine beast it is presumed to command tremendous physical strength and durability. From its mouth it can loose energy blasts strong enough to devastate wide stretches of the landscape, and it can rip open rifts between worlds to cross from the Gap in Spacetime onto Earth.
It puts these gifts to use during the Ninjas storyline. With Blast away from his post, Byakko and Genbu burst out of the Gap in Spacetime and flatten whole city blocks upon arrival. Their rampage is short-lived, as Empty Void and Blast intercept them and overwhelm both beasts with the Dimension Slash and the Giga Gravity Blow, killing them and hurling them back where they came from. Byakko holds the distinction, together with Genbu, of being among the first Mysterious Beings in the manga assigned a Dragon-or-higher rating, and its design draws on the White Tiger of the Four Symbols in Chinese astronomy.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Byakko is rated Dragon level or above, a Mysterious Being of staggering power that can loose energy blasts from its mouth strong enough to devastate wide stretches of landscape. It can also rip open rifts between worlds to travel between the Gap in Spacetime and Earth.
Byakko is a tiger, taking the shape of an enormous white tiger whose features are warped into something far more monstrous than an ordinary big cat.
Byakko is not framed as simply good or evil. It is a divine guardian beast utterly devoted to protecting the entity known as God, but the moment it reached Earth from the Gap in Spacetime, it began tearing apart everything around it, forcing the heroes to treat it as a threat.
Byakko was killed by Empty Void and Blast, who intercepted its rampage on Earth and overwhelmed it with the Dimension Slash and the Giga Gravity Blow before it was hurled back where it came from.
Byakko attacked Earth because Blast, the guardian normally stationed to prevent this, had left his post unattended, allowing Byakko and Genbu to burst out of the Gap in Spacetime and flatten whole city blocks upon arrival.
