Tall and visibly muscular, he wears his spiky black hair long and paints dark markings across his eyes. His revealing top bares his midriff, its sides slit and pinned by thin strips of cloth, and he drapes a white cape from a triple-shelled pad on his right shoulder while a woolly cover sits on the left. Two belts ring his waist above a black choker. Chains run from rings on each finger down over his hands to work the retractable tekkō kagi blades mounted on his arms.

Serious and single-minded, he keeps his composure even when the Monster Association springs an ambush, and he carries real confidence into his fights, announcing their climaxes aloud. That trust extends to his girlfriend Erika; when she sells him out to a gang of criminals, he chooses to believe she is only playing a part.

Feather joins the support team for the Monster Association raid and, when a horde ambushes the heroes, carves through many of the attackers with his Beautiful Play, springboarding off foes to rain claw strikes from above, impressive enough to earn the exacting Sweet Mask's praise. While guarding Waganma's escape, the group runs into Nyan; Green and Strange Binding Shell pin the monster, and Feather and Shadow Ring lunge in with their claws, but Nyan wriggles loose and downs them both. Sekingar drags the wounded hero clear, and he is still alive when Drive Knight finally kills Nyan.

Later he is beaten by the Iron Fist gang while trying to rescue Erika, who reveals she was spying on him for Big Iron. Saitama and Tatsumaki stumble into the scene mid-brawl and scatter the gang, and afterward Feather assures himself Erika only turned on him under duress. During the Neo Heroes uprising, he and the hero Double Hole cross paths with the wanted criminal A, who quietly warns that he might hurt them by accident.
