Appearance

An enormous, flabby frame stuffed into a dark schoolboy uniform defines this monster, the undersized jacket riding up over a bulging gut and an exposed navel. His skull tapers to a cone, balding apart from a few stray rings of hair, and his features are deliberately repulsive: an upturned stub of a nose, sagging cheeks, oversized lips, and chipped teeth. Drool and a running nose frequently smear the face, adding to the grotesquerie.

He can force his cells to swell, ballooning into a taller build with thickened limbs, a swollen head, and veins standing out across knotted muscle, his garments splitting apart as he grows. Once he claws free of Gums after being swallowed, a coating of stomach fluid clings to him, earning the name Vomited Fuhrer Ugly. In that state one eye slips loose from its socket and part of his face sloughs away, baring the gums and teeth beneath.

Personality

Envy and self-disgust gnaw at him so deeply that they birthed his monstrous body, and his crippling inferiority complex makes him loathe attractive rivals above all. He reserves his fiercest hatred for Sweet Mask, telling the star hero that of everyone in the Hero Association he despises him most. He feels no loyalty toward the other executives, teaming up only to slaughter heroes efficiently, yet he bonds with them over a shared appetite for cruelty, pitching a contest in which the deadliest killer rules. He still crowns himself the Monster King and treats his peers as beneath him.

His sadism is relentless. He revels in caving in Sweet Mask's face and ripping his torso apart, wrenches an arm off the mercenary Sosshi while promising to return him in pieces, and beats Tanktop Master to a pulp after snapping both the hero's forearms. A leering, lecherous streak surfaces when he stands over an unconscious Tatsumaki wondering aloud about her underwear. He also despises anything that further mars his looks, recoiling in fury at his ruined eye and melted face after escaping Gums.

History

By Sweet Mask's account, he began as a homely man shunned for his looks, until the resentment festering inside him let darkness consume his heart and remake him as a monster. During the siege on the Monster Association Headquarters he ambushes Sweet Mask before a mirror, declaring the handsome hero the one he hates most, though Tatsumaki soon whisks his target away. When Orochi and Psykos fall, he resurfaces, caves in Sweet Mask's head with his Face Caving Punch, then rips him in two and proposes that whichever executive tallies the most S-Class kills should rule the rest.

He rampages through the wounded, wrenching an arm from the mercenary Sosshi and shattering the forearms of Tanktop Master before beating him near to death and feeding him to Gums. Bang and Genos intervene, and Bang repeatedly turns his own punches back on him; Gums then gulps him down whole, only for him to rip his way out coated in digestive acid. Reborn as the acidic Vomited Fuhrer Ugly, he demands Silver Fang, melts swords and armor alike, kills Zanbai, Amahare, and Nichirin with acid-drenched blows, and devours Black Sperm's clones to sustain himself. Golden Sperm and Homeless Emperor eventually drive him off. Stumbling upon a spent Bang after the Hero Hunter's duel, he moves in for an easy kill, but a roaring Garou kicks clean through his body, and he collapses, dissolving away for good.
