Fuzzy cuts a sharp figure in a suit and tie, his hair bound into two braids that frame his face with extra tufts left loose at the back. His pupils narrow into vertical slits, his eyebrows jut in spikes, and several tattoos mark his face alongside a row of piercings in each ear.

Little has been revealed about the man himself. What is clear is his resolve to halt the robot invaders and his opposition to a future in which humanity is mind-controlled and surgically altered beneath the rule of AI.

Fuzzy built the Neo Heroes from the ground up, leaning on Blue and McCoy to bring prominent members into the fold, before he was abducted and quietly swapped for the Fake Fuzzy, an AI that seized command to push mass cyberization and large-scale attacks on society. He resurfaces during the robot uprising when McCoy, fleeing the impostor and its agents, stumbles into a room and finds the real Fuzzy strapped to a chair, blindfolded, wrapped in bandages, and hooked to an IV. Freed at last, he warns that a central antenna atop the Neo Heroes Headquarters beams the control signals to the machines, and that shutting it down would cut them loose.

When McCoy presses him, hoping the grandson of a seer might know of some kill switch, the Fake Fuzzy's minions burst in, only for Metal Bat to cut them down. Fuzzy then explains that the remote for the antenna sits in the impostor's hands, and that no purely calculated war can be won against such an enemy; the one opening is to flood its logic with unpredictable variables. McCoy reads this as encouragement to fight without restraint and never surrender, while Metal Bat shrugs it off as plain common sense. Beyond his rumored foresight inherited from Shibabawa, Fuzzy is also said to command considerable wealth through her estate.
