History

During the heroes' assault on the Monster Association Headquarters, the two brothers come upon Flashy Flash and, delighted to find a worthy challenger, flit behind him in a blink while bragging that no one outmatches their speed. The boast is short-lived. Flash skewers both brothers through the head so fast that neither registers the strike, so Gale never had the chance to keep pace with the hero he was so sure he could outrun.

The pair's signature High Speed Spin, a combined maneuver between the two robots, went undemonstrated because they fell so quickly. Gale is a purely webcomic figure: his design originated with another artist during ONE's unemployed days, which is why he was later dropped and replaced by Gale Wind in the redrawn manga.
