Gale Wind is a wind-fast Ninja Village graduate from its elite Golden 37th class, who joined the Monster Association alongside Hellfire Flame to rule the world. Able to transform into a Dragon-level monster, he chiefly hunts the S-Class hero Flashy Flash.
Tall and powerfully built, Gale Wind wears his long, wavy pale hair loose and bears a small mark beneath his right eye. His outfit pairs a snug shirt with black-trimmed white hakama, a white sash, and dark arm warmers, finished by metal bands ringing his biceps and throat. As he shifts into monster form his teeth sharpen, black patterns spread over his skin, his eyes twist reptilian, his hair rises on end, and spider-like limbs erupt from his scalp. After being cut in two and later revived, horizontal scars streak his chest and arms.
Wind fights with a cruel streak masked by playful, courteous manners toward his targets. A firm believer that monsters stand above humans, he threw in with the Monster Association purely to help conquer the world, and he bears a bitter grudge toward Flashy Flash over the graduation-class massacre known as The End, branding the hero a criminal even as he openly admires his speed and deems him worth killing. Arrogant and proud, he cares nothing for actually leading the Association, treating it as a mere tool, and he dismisses ordinary heroes as no threat, convinced only fellow ninja can rival him. He and Hellfire Flame regard the Heavenly Ninja Party with contempt, calling them mindless robots who obey That Man without question. When Flash defeats him and answers his question about what he lacked with a single word, training, Wind takes it to heart and drills relentlessly for a rematch.
Wind and Flame graduated at the top of the Ninja Village's celebrated 37th class, and at some recent point Wind turned himself into a monster. The two corner Speed-o'-Sound Sonic out in the woods, introduce themselves as his seniors, and invite him to join the Monster Association and their bid to rule the world by helping them kill Flash; when Sonic declines, Wind flaunts his monstrous speed, leaves a Monster Cell, and departs. Later, deep in the Association's base, the pair find Flash and open their long-sought duel. Outmatched in human form, they unleash their Dragon-level monster shapes and briefly pressure the hero, but once Flash gets serious he kicks them down and cleaves both in half.
Phoenix Man reanimates their corpses to fight Brave Giant, only for Child Emperor's Gigavolt Smash to jolt them off. After Phoenix Man falls, the two wake fully alive with no memory of being zombies; Saitama flattens them, and Child Emperor hauls the S-Class criminals to the Hero Association. They eventually break loose and resurface in the Neo Heroes era, confronting Flash and Sonic again and giving Sonic another shot at the hero before being driven off. Their attempt to assassinate Sonic in his hideout ends with Violent Force and Destructive Devastation of the Heavenly Ninja Party seizing and knocking them out, and at the climactic Sonic-Flash duel, Brawny Muscle hurls them forward as living shields, whereupon Flash binds them with their own razor wire. His transformation, learned through ninjutsu training, was lost after his resurrection and electrocution.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
