Gyoro Gyoro was the meat puppet through which the esper Psykos secretly ran the Monster Association. A Dragon-level being in its own right, it advised Orochi, engineered Garou's monsterfication, and was ultimately torn apart by Tatsumaki, who then hunted down the true puppeteer behind it.
The creature resembled an enormous slug crowned by a lone eye, red in the manga pages and blue on screen, with no mouth or nose to speak of. Eight limbs sprouted from around its head, four of them large enough to serve as its main arms, while short legs ending in three-toed feet supported a fat, round trunk that ran green in print and pink in the anime. It loomed over ordinary people and lesser monsters, yet was still tiny beside giants like Orochi.
When Tatsumaki forced it into a corner, Gyoro Gyoro dropped the disguise. Its hide went dark and eyes bloomed across every surface of its body, exposing the shape it truly wore in combat.
On its own the puppet had no inner life at all. Every word and decision came from Psykos, who piloted it as a doll and used it to steer the Monster Association without ever showing her face. Only Orochi knew what really lay behind the disguise.
Psykos built Gyoro Gyoro long before the story's events specifically to manage her monster army from the shadows. It stood as Orochi's direct military advisor, a role the Monster King trusted more than he trusted any of his other subordinates. Through it Psykos issued the war declaration to the Hero Association, arranging for Destrochloridium to deliver the message, murder a staffer to prove the threat was real, and grant three days of grace before the assault.
Much of its scheming centered on Garou. Gyoro Gyoro deliberately sent Royal Ripper and Bug God to shadow the Hero Hunter, knowing they might turn on him, precisely because surviving such danger would accelerate his transformation. It confided to Phoenix Man that Orochi had once been human and had become the ultimate being only after endless failed experiments, and that Garou carried the potential to surpass even him. When Garou later crashed into its private chamber, the being restrained him psychically and explained the secret of shattering one's limiter: to face death again and again and keep overcoming it. Garou refused its offer of tutelage, so it set Orochi loose on him and planned to brainwash the beaten hunter into a pawn.
Its downfall came during the heroes' invasion of the base, when Tatsumaki reached the Association's core. Gyoro Gyoro opened with a crushing barrage of energy and concrete, then tore into its true form and multiplied the gravity around her three hundred times, but nothing touched her. She ripped it apart, and when it whined about the brutality she reminded it that puppets feel no pain and promised to drag its real body into the open. Its panicked call for Orochi went unanswered. Tatsumaki pulled a false body out from within it, realized it was only a shell, and sensed the genuine puppeteer, Psykos, waiting far below.
As a Dragon-level esper the being commanded a deep arsenal: psychokinesis strong enough to pin Garou and map the entire headquarters, gravity manipulation, energy beams fired from its many eyes, protective barriers, and a network of eye-shaped spy drones for surveillance and speech at a distance. It could trap victims inside a shrinking transparent cube, and it claimed a form of brainwashing, though Orochi later revealed he had only been feigning obedience. Its true value to the Association lay in knowledge rather than raw force. Gyoro Gyoro understood how to break a monster's limiter, having turned Orochi into the ultimate being, and it assigned every member's disaster level by gauging their power at a glance.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Gyoro Gyoro is actually a puppet body, a meat vessel used by the esper Psykos to secretly run the Monster Association without ever showing her own face.
Gyoro Gyoro did not create Orochi but helped shape him into the ultimate being, teaching him how to break his limiter after Orochi endured repeated near-death experiences during earlier experiments.
Gyoro Gyoro serves as Orochi's direct military advisor, a position of trust above every other subordinate, and it is the one who delivers the Monster Association's declaration of war to the Hero Association.
As a Dragon-level esper, Gyoro Gyoro commands psychokinesis, gravity manipulation, energy beams fired from its many eyes, protective barriers, and a network of eye-shaped drones used for surveillance and remote speech.
Tatsumaki tears Gyoro Gyoro apart during the heroes' assault on the Monster Association's headquarters, then discovers its body is only a shell hiding the true puppeteer, Psykos.
