Horse-Bone

Exactly how Horse-Bone looks underneath stays murky. He turns up in a blue business suit, white shirt and tie, with a horse's head above and hooves for feet. Whether that equine head and those hooves are genuinely his body or merely a mask and gloves has never been pinned down.

The story reveals almost nothing about his temperament, leaving him a background fixture rather than a fleshed-out character.

Horse-Bone splits responsibility for H-City with a fellow C-Class hero, Mushroom, and the fact that the Association entrusts the pair with the city suggests he is at least reasonably capable. He fights hand to hand, though the records list horse hooves among his weapons. His first real showing is barely more than a namecheck at a leaders' meeting, where his report on his territory amounts to a flat all-quiet. He appears again among the crowd of heroes who converge on the ruined Z-City ghost town to argue over the fate of the depowered Garou, a debate King soon breaks up. In the Neo Heroes era he is on hand at the A-City headquarters when Tatsumaki battles Apollo on the underground floors, hurrying downstairs with the others to look into the disturbance once the alarm goes off.
