History
Surfacing in a city, the monster began stalking the people there. King, caught nearby, took a claw straight to the eye and was left with a lasting scar, only for Saitama to arrive and kill the creature moments later.
As a Tiger-level threat he was strong enough to endanger crowds of humans, and he even managed to wound Saitama back when the hero was still building himself up. His approach relied entirely on those sharp claws in close combat.
