Scientists are ordinary humans, set apart not by any shared look but by their intellect. Rather than forming a single group, they scatter across separate disciplines, each pushing toward feats that people could never manage on their own.

What unites them is a genius-level focus on a chosen field. Each pours that intelligence into one specialty, unlocking results well beyond the reach of ordinary human effort.

Biologists such as Fukegao and Psykos have found ways to turn people into Mysterious Beings through their work. Some of their creations, like the Biceps Brachii King and the Monster Cells, transform whoever consumes them. Dr. Genus stands out among this group, restoring his own youth by rewriting his genes while also cloning himself and mutating both people and animals; his experiments produced Zombieman, Carnage Kabuto, and the rest of the House of Evolution.

A second branch specializes in machinery. Dr. Kuseno, Bofoi, and Child Emperor build robots and cyborgs of remarkable sophistication. Kuseno is the one who rebuilt Genos, Bofoi engineered the Metal Knight Unit, and Child Emperor designed both his own backpack and the towering Brave Giant.
