That flawless record won her personal bodyguards and special standing with the Association, plus occasional television appearances. Reading half a year ahead in the Sea Monster period, she glimpsed the worst calamity of the age bearing down on the world and stared into her crystal ball in terror as she pictured the planet's ruin. The truth of her death surfaced afterward: a violent coughing spell struck her mid-prediction, and she choked on the cough drops she reached for. As she suffocated she scrawled a final warning across a page, declaring that the Earth was in trouble. Her considerable wealth later passed to her grandson Fuzzy, who used the inheritance to found the Neo Heroes.
