Sky King

Though built like a weathered elder with corded muscle, the Sky King carries obvious avian traits. A small crown rests above a lined brow, a broad nose, and ears drawn to sharp points, while jagged teeth fill his mouth. Two pairs of wings sprout from his back, his feet end in talons, and his fingers taper into claws. Long hair frames a look that observers widely compare to the tengu of Japanese folklore.

Supremely sure of himself, the Sky King borders on outright vanity. He assumes the Hero Association can be torn apart with little effort, and he trusts the strength of his lieutenants without a shred of doubt. It is this arrogance, paired with his faith in his followers, that drives his hunger to claim the Earth's surface for the Skyfolk.

Ranked as a Demon-level threat, the Sky King stands on roughly the same tier of raw power as the Deep Sea King and the Subterranean King. His wings let him take to the air, and he can fire concentrated energy from his mouth, blasts violent enough to rattle the whole of the Hero Association's headquarters. He also commands a squad of subordinates who obey his every order without question. After watching the two other kings fall, he judges the moment right to seize the world with his four underlings at his side, but the plan unravels at once: an unseen attacker wipes out his lieutenants, and Melzargard kills the king himself before he can even respond.
