Appearance

Fashioned to look like an armored knight, Tech stands rather tall. One eye sits at the middle of its head, ringed by four claw-shaped prongs that jut from the sides, while a shaggy cape trails from its shoulders. Into battle it brings a menacing longsword.

Personality

Smug and self-righteous, Tech looks down on everyone it meets. It jeered at Genos for grieving Dr. Kuseno, dismissing the cyborg's fury as a meaningless feeling, yet it was not blind to talent, allowing that Genos, given more time to sharpen his gifts, might have climbed to the summit of the hero world.

Abilities

Rated a Dragon-level threat, Tech is a genuinely dangerous machine. Together with its partners Body and Ray, it storms Dr. Kuseno's lab and kills the scientist, then squares off against Genos and pushes the freshly upgraded cyborg hard enough to force out his last resort. Its power lets it trade blows with Genos on even footing, and its armored frame shrugs off the High Voltage Tackle without real harm. Speed is another asset: when Genos lets loose the Roaring Dragon Core, Tech briefly matches the cyborg's pace before it is overwhelmed.

In close quarters it fights with a massive blade, its signature move the Full Moon Ripping Iron Slash, a full-strength downward cut; against Genos that swing is met by an uppercut that snaps the sword and strikes its face. In the end a Super Incineration Cannon, loosed by Genos, blows the machine to bits.
