The Robot Invaders

These are humanoid machines patterned after Bofoi's Metal Pawn units, though each bears a single eye where the originals carry three. A number of superior models add the ability to fly and take after Bofoi's Metal Queen designs instead. The drones are utterly mindless, empty of any personality, and exist purely to obey commands and carry out destruction on a massive scale.

Because they were assembled from data and hardware lifted off Bofoi, the machines resemble his creations and even broadcast the identification signals unique to his weapons. Following Dr. Kuseno's apparent death, the horde goes berserk and begins tearing through cities. Heroes rush to answer, and a sprawling war ignites across multiple districts, with the robots trading blows against Raiden, Accel, Blue, and a host of S-Class fighters. The heaviest assault lands on the Hero Association headquarters, where millions of units encircle the compound and dismantle Bofoi's security, forcing low-ranking heroes and armed staff into a desperate last stand. Black Sperm and Overgrown Rover join the resistance, yet the defenders keep thinning until Saitama arrives in time to blunt the assault, gutting the robots' numbers before defeating Drive Knight, who is unmasked as a Machine God robot.

Every unit boasts reinforced durability, shrugging off strikes from A-Class heroes like Max, and each fires laser-like energy blasts from its palms strong enough to overwhelm A-Class fighters and lay waste to the surroundings. Massed together, they pressure even Tanktop Master and inflict serious harm through relentless barrages. They rank below the Machine Gods, however, and S-Class powerhouses such as Bang, Genos, Pig God, Watchdog Man, Puri-Puri Prisoner, Superalloy Darkshine, and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, along with several Neo Heroes leaders, cut through them with ease when the swarm is not too dense. Even lower-ranked Neo Heroes equipped with battle suits and weapons manage to bring some of them down.
