Monster King follows Garou deeper into the Monster Association's lair as three of its fighters try to bring him down. The fifth episode of season three also lets Gyoro Gyoro reveal how the organization's dormant sovereign, Orochi, was first made.
The twenty-ninth episode, fifth of the third season, continues the Monster Association Arc and adapts chapters 92 through 94 along with the bonus story Reality Punch. Its spine is Garou's running battle beneath the base and a look back at the origins of the enemy's strongest creation.
Cornered by the association's ranks, Garou takes on the trio of Unihorn, Showerhead, and Super Mouse while Tareo and the slain Royal Ripper linger nearby and Overgrown Rover prowls the tunnels. Elsewhere Saitama drifts through the complex, and Gyoro Gyoro recounts the making of Orochi as the group's first success at turning a person into a monster. The Three Tempest Brothers debut over the course of the episode.
Garou's clash with the three monsters drives the middle stretch, ending with one of his kicks sending Unihorn hurtling toward Overgrown Rover. Gyoro Gyoro's flashback frames Orochi as the proof of concept behind the association's monsterization program.
The adaptation trims and reworks the brawl. Garou pausing to eat a severed monster arm for energy is cut, as are Super Mouse striking a wall, Unihorn's impaling attempt, and Showerhead's scalding-water attack. The trio's joint technique, Combination Attack: Demon Trinity, is dropped, and Garou's kick redirects Unihorn toward Rover rather than into a wall. In Gyoro Gyoro's recollection, neither Psykos nor Orochi's earlier human silhouette appears. The episode aired in Japan on November 9, 2025, and in English on December 28, 2025.
