Summary
Fresh from cutting down one of Deep Sea King's underlings during the Seafolk assault, Fubuki and her subordinates feel cheated when the next morning's paper credits every rival team yet overlooks their effort. Stung worse than anyone, Fubuki boards a train bound for Z-City to settle her mind, not realizing that Genos happens to be riding the same line home with a bag of groceries.
Partway through the trip, a call warns Genos that a disgraced former hero, the Serial Bomber, has planted an explosive rigged to detonate the instant the train reaches its station. Genos climbs outside to drag down the speed while Fubuki herds the frightened passengers to safety and recruits an aspiring hero named Swim to help locate the device.
