Gameplay

Battles run on a turn-based card system where players form squads of heroes, monsters, and mysterious beings rather than relying on any single strong card. Modes include a story campaign that follows the anime's plot and a PvP mode for testing teams against other players. A built-in recording function lets players save and share battle clips.

Story and Cast

The campaign runs through dozens of chapters that mirror the source anime, pitting the player's roster against the same monsters and antagonists Saitama and the Hero Association face on screen. The game carries full Japanese voice acting from the anime, including Makoto Furukawa as Saitama and Kaito Ishikawa as Genos, reprising their roles for every story scene.

Release and Shutdown

Oasis Games develops and publishes the title, launching it worldwide on iOS and Android on August 22, 2019, as the first officially licensed One-Punch Man mobile game released in Western markets. In 2020 Oasis Games launched a separate idle-battler follow-up, Road to Hero 2.0, and wound down the original's servers soon after; player progress and purchases did not carry over between the two versions.
