Ripped Uniforms, rendered by Viz as the Uniform Rippers, is a pair of junior high troublemakers who shook down weaker classmates for pocket change back when Saitama was still a student. Their trademark is the torn, shredded look of their school jackets.
The duo is made up of just two junior high boys whose most recognizable feature is their clothing, deliberately ripped open across the shoulders and midsection. Their chosen occupation is squeezing money out of smaller, weaker students at the school. On one occasion they crossed paths with a much younger Saitama, beat him down, tore his own jacket until it matched their ragged style, and walked away with 200 yen of his money.
When Saitama was twelve and the monster Piggy Bancon was roaming the area, the pair operated as schoolyard bullies, collecting forced payments from anyone unable to fight back. A young boy named Satoru, noticing the trouble they were causing, stepped in to stop them and was beaten for his effort. The following day, after Saitama's teacher had called him aside, the two intercepted the boy and pulled him away for a talk. Saitama tried to stand up to them but lost, his clothes left in tatters. Piggy Bancon then burst onto the scene, slammed into one of the bullies, and forced him to feed every coin he carried into its body. That boy grumbled that he could no longer cover his little brothers' school lunches. Both watched in astonishment as Saitama rose and chased the pig-like creature to reclaim his stolen money.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The Ripped Uniforms are a pair of junior high bullies who extorted money from weaker classmates back when Saitama was still a student. Their name comes from their trademark look of deliberately torn, shredded school jackets.
The Ripped Uniforms beat down a young Saitama, tore his jacket to match their ragged style, and took 200 yen from him. This happened while the monster Piggy Bancon was terrorizing the area.
After the monster Piggy Bancon burst in and forced one of the Ripped Uniforms to feed it all his coins, Saitama chased the creature down himself to reclaim his stolen money. The bullies watched in shock as he did it.
Satoru is a young boy who tried to stop the Ripped Uniforms from bullying other students and was beaten for stepping in. He is a bystander in the story, not a member of the group.
The Ripped Uniforms consist of just two unnamed junior high students, both known for their torn jackets and habit of shaking down weaker classmates for money.
