Doki Doki Sisters

Doki Doki Sisters, released in English as Heartthrob Sisters, is a romance simulation video game. Its story imagines a ruined world where the player and his one surviving sister stand as the only humans left, joined by 299 robotic sisters modeled after her, all trying to endure and reach a new dawn.

The title plays as a branching adventure driven by the reader's choices. An online adaptation lets players click through options in sequence without backtracking, and it packs in a remarkable thirty-four possible conclusions, spanning good, normal, and bad outcomes plus a handful of special ones. A choose-your-own-path edition also appears inside the series databook. Small touches round it out, from a price of five thousand eight hundred yen to the heroine addressing the player as her older brother.

King is the game's most notable owner. He buys it at a game shop in M-City and later manages to reach its character creation screen at home, only for Saitama to walk in. Mortified at being caught, King switches off the television and pretends he grabbed the wrong game entirely.
